Reza Mucklai
Chief Executive Officer
Reza leads GCS's vision and growth, guiding the company from its start in a college apartment in 2014 to one of the region's largest IT solutions providers. With a background in economics from the University of Central Florida and a decade in IT hardware, he's focused on building lasting client relationships and a team that delivers.
Kazim Alidina
Chief Operating Officer
Kazim leads GCS's direct sales and ecommerce teams while supporting purchasing, finance, HR, and company growth initiatives. He earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and interned with Cummins before joining GCS in 2014 — starting out packing boxes in a partner's garage and growing with the company into his current leadership role. Outside of work, he's a father of boy-girl twins, a private pilot, and an aircraft owner.
Adam Caldwell
Director of End User & Broker Sales
Adam leads GCS's end user and broker sales, building relationships and driving results across both channels. Before joining GCS, he served as a firefighter paramedic with Orange County Fire Rescue — experience that shaped the calm-under-pressure, service-first approach he brings to his team. Outside of work, he's a black belt in taekwondo and a devoted Batman fan.

Purchasing Director
Sarah leads GCS's purchasing strategy, sourcing opportunities, and vendor relationships, keeping inventory flowing and supporting the company's continued growth. She's known for building strong partnerships that keep the business well-stocked and moving forward. Outside of work, she loves staying active, traveling, and exploring new places — a self-described foodie always on the hunt for a cute café and a good coffee or matcha.
Stephen Parrish
Director of Operations & Ecommerce Department Manager
Stephen directs operations and manages the ecommerce department at GCS, keeping day-to-day performance running smoothly across both. A UCF graduate with a BS in Accounting, he worked in hospitality through college before moving into public accounting and financial auditing — experience he now brings to GCS's operations. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing and weekend trips with family.
Shirley Fruth
Human Resources & Financial Controller
Shirley oversees human resources and financial operations at GCS, keeping the team and the company's finances running smoothly. She holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Human Resources and brings over 30 years of professional experience, along with a genuine passion for the people side of the business. Outside of work, she runs her own engraving company, SR Custom Work, turning visions and memories into permanent wood engravings.
